Welcome to the homepage of Township Rebellion!

Today is: Township Rebellion Charter

Our Main Policy

Fun is what we're about, these rules are basicly just around so we can enjoy ourselves without problems and/or complications. We attempt to avoid drama at every turn.

We'll never let some stupid rule be greater than our common sense. So, often exceptions are needed, if you think one is needed on your part, please speak to an officer.

The Tag

The Township Rebellion tag is important to us. We don't com at raids and it will not be tossed around on whomever. This is not done to be elitist but rather so that people looking on can clearly tell that someone carrying the tag is a member/eval of Township Rebellion.

Joining, Applicant to Member

These are the steps that take a person from Applicant to Full Member status.

  • Applicant - This is the application period where we (if we believe you to be on par with our guild) move your application from the application board to our evaluation board, to gather comments. Duration 1-5 days.
  • Evaluation - Guildtagged, observed for skill, playtime, and raid attendance. Duration aprox 30 days.
  • Full Full Membership - Officers/Members discuss your potential value to the guild by what we have observed during your Eval. If we believe you to be an asset, you will become a Full Member at this time; If not, you will remain an eval or be asked to leave the guild.

Rop

Recording Rop/General Rules

  • Rop is acquired by attending raids. Potential evaluations and members at our raids earn rop
  • Logs are taken and posted for member perusal
  • Anytime township rebellion kills a mob for the first time, the rop rewarded may be doubled
  • Anytime township rebellion fails to kill a mob we have never killed, only irop (Incentive RoP) is rewarded
  • Rop Hierarchy
    • When you raid with township rebellion, you are classified as one of the following:
      • Full Member
      • Evaluation Member
      • Invited Guest or Potential Evaluation
    • From these classifications a natural hierarchy follows Main > Evaluation > Guest/Potential... This simple hierarchy is the premise behind which the rop spending rules are constructed
  • Spending Rules
    • Members with non-negative rop will never have to enter into consideration for an item versus a member with zero or negative rop
    • All members wishing consideration for an item must be within 30 rop of the person who has the most rop of all people asking consideration
    • When multiple characters have consideration for an item, the item shall be awarded via the Wyvern weighted /random
    • Persistant high-level alternate characters are considered directly below mains for purposes of loot distribution. The alternate character must be level 70, must occupy a separate account from the person's main character and must be played simultaneously with the main character on a regular basis
  • Specific to No Drop items
    • If no member with non-negative rop wants consideration for an item, then any guests with more or equal rop than the cost of the item may ask for consideration on the item. If the item is still un-awarded, then the member highest up in the hierarchy, with the least negative rop shall be awarded the item, ties decided by a /random
  • Specific to Droppable items
    • When a droppable items drops at an event, only mains with positive rop may ask for consideration at the event
    • If the item not awarded, the item will go to the guild bank for 2 days, where only mains with positive rop may ask for consideration for the item. After 2 days, any member may request the item though for its given rop value
